2025 Memberships Processing ! Memberships can take as much as a week for processing and approval. |
The CERA Board of Directors and the Pool Admin set all policies and rules. Failure to comply could result in the loss of your membership. It is your responsibility as a member to make certain that all your family and guests who use this recreation facility are fully informed of the rules and policies.
Complete the party request form a week in advance in order to reserve your date & time.
You must be a MEMBER to reserve a party.
Our Association is located at 712 Country Estates Drive, San Marcos, Texas 78666.
We are a non-profit organization, which offers summer memberships to residents and NON-residents that do not live in the Country Estates Sub-division.
