How to schedule a party at CERA

1.  Party FORM  FIRST
2.  then go to the CERA STORE
and pay for your party

3.  then we get it scheduled.

Need 7 day advance notice to schedule party.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If the weather is bad on the day of your party, you can reschedule to another day. A request for refund will have a $35 administration processing fee.

PARTIES at the POOL

$225 for a 2 hour party, 
$300 for a 3 hour party
payment can be made through the WEB STORE.

CERA Pool is using a new software application that will allow more flexibility and ease in managing memberships, payments, events, groups, volunteers and much more. The software can process your renewal or new membership by using your mobile phone or desk top computer, providing information to members at the touch of a finger. The software is from Wild Apricot and is used by thousands of organizations across Canada and the United States and is rated one of the best application to manage an organization like CERA.

Transitions to new systems can be challenging for the members as well as management,  so please be patient in this transition period to a new cloud base platform.

About us

Country Estates Recreational Association was founded in the early 1970's with the pool facility completed in 1976. We offer summer memberships for the residents of Country Estates as well as  outside community memberships for others to enjoy.  Our pool offers a 120,000 gallon swimming pool, 6,000 gallon baby pool, play ground, two tennis courts, Pickle ball court, volleyball court, washers, BBQ pits, Tether-ball and more.  We are a very family oriented facility and would welcome your membership, come check us out.

We offer a limited number of summer memberships, with the pool opening in late April and closing in late September.  so we hope you will join us at the pool.
